after checking up, im pretty sure crome doesn’t have pwm support, whoever gets this car should upgrade to ectune, neptune, hondata or aem and do pwm, it would make this thing an animal on the streets

You can’t feel the oscillation on the street. You’re looking at dynamic changes of 4-10 hp on a 400+ whp setup.
im pretty sure traction is the number one concern as of right now

Looks like a nice setup stuck in a rough shell. I would part it out. Or at least clean the car up and take better pictures.

well theres a little tiny bit above the one rear wheel well (sp?). but other than that its just the fact that whoever painted it sucks
i think that should be expected for a 20year old car lol.
