This 1998 T-top A4 SS has just over 42,000 miles on it as it sits. It hit a utility pole head on and set off both airbags. The car was in imaculate condition before hand and still is from the fenders back. It looks like there is no frame damage and there is a good chance the car may be able to be repaired I just don’t have the time or money at the moment. The car was never reported or claimed to insurance since it had no collision on it so it still has a clean title. As far as the body goes all body panels except for the front clip, hood, and possibly both fenders are in perfect condition. The interior is in near perfect condition with the exception of the dash pad being broken from the air bags going off. All of the glass in the car is good except for the windshield which was also broken by the air bags deploying. The car has 4 OEM chrome ZR1’s in perfect condition with 4 brand new Nitto 555 tires on them. The car also comes with the following mods:
Edelbrock stepped LT headers ti-tech coated
Edelbrock ORY
Hooker CB
LS6 intake
SLP Lid
Has powerslot rotors and hawk HPS pads with under 5K miles
Pioneer CD player with remote
CDT components up from with rockford amp
Asking 4000 OBO the way it sits clean title in hand.

im guessin u hit a pole or tree?
i heard it was a squirel… :gotme:
does it run?
Wont start the way it is with the radiator tubing pushed back to the accesories but it ran beautifully prior to the accident.
orly?:bloated:
if the engine is ok this wouldn’t be a bad purchase, GLWS
thats shitty man, GL

im guessing he went into a ditch! good call.
The worst part about this is knowing if the engine is ok. The biggest problem with front end collisions right in the center like this is that a lot of time the engine will spin a bearing shortly after from the impact. This would potentially be a great buy if its ok.
I would say do what you can to get the radiator off the engine. At least this way you can fire the car up for a prospective buyer and make sure it dosent start knocking or loosing oil pressure.
HINT: A pickup truck with a chain hooked to the rad support and you could slowly pull it out some.
GLWS
the engine sits so far back on these cars, I doubt it would have gotten damaged from the looks of the top down view of the radiator area.
Torque from a launch put you into a pole? Friend did the same thing a few years back…
Chances are the engine is fine if it hit at a lower speed. Approximately how fast was the car traveling at time of impact?
88 MPH
i should have bought this and a 240 instead of the integra =(
:lolsign:
apparently the flux capacitor failed then cause he should have never hit the pole!
couldn’t have been more then 30-35mph
sad to see, I considered buying this car in the past
He wasn’t thinking fourth dimensionally, the reason why the car only has 42k on it is because it travelled from the year 2002 right into the pole.
hey, if you happen to part this car out at all, let me know. there are lots of random things i need to scoop up, and im doing so as soon as they are available to me…
That was one of the best replies I’ve seen on the net:)
sorry the car sold already
