your local is always free. If you have your employer take out 1% of your pay to your munic. you wont have to worry about paying them at this time, they just send you a form, fill it out, and it should balance out. then send it in.
I have not found any that do it for free over 54k but I can check into it. My aunt helps me with mine, I can call her. you could always do it on paper
