does anyone here know roughly how much lph the stock ka fuel pump flows?? just curious to see how bad my mileage will do down with my new 255lph!
thankss
Swapping out your fuel pump for a higher flowing one isn’t going to affect fuel efficiency too much. You’re still going to be running the same air/fuel ratio unless you get some sort of fuel management…
ahh i see… thanks for the quick reply!
Get a new Fuel pressure regulator to make sure your still getting the 43.5 PSI that the fuel system get from factory. The walbro may raise the fuel pressure to the Injectors if your factory FPR is weak.
Actually if your stock pump is weak you might actually get better mileage because your engine will be running more efficiently. Then again if it runs better you might have your foot into more. I can’t see losing any mileage from a beter fuel pump.
