Fun DD options?

Evo>wrx

This is true, the Evo X rear seats do not fold down and the trunk is pretty small. I just got my snow tires to put on for winter though  should be fun

I’m starting to think C6 for my next daily… why not, as long as you have another car for snow days.

snag one for low 20s and when it gets all beat up turn it into a track car.

C5 vettes posted on here are a deal!

Just get some snows for it and really piss off the Vette people.

I love my GolfR, but if I could get away with it for work I would be driving another 335.

x…

Guy on my street drives a c6 every day of the year, he had a c5 for years before that that he daily drove, he actually daily drove it, not like the people on here with there “daily drive” 500+hp car but have a second car on the road at all times.

the issue is ground clearance, not traction I would imagine

My GTO is low too (20mm drop all around). In the past 6 years DDing it with good snows I’ve gotten it stuck just once and that was at the end of my driveway. And I was pretty confident I was going to get stuck trying to bash through the plowed up bank but decided to go for it anyway knowing I could just get the snowblower out and dig it out if I failed.

If you don’t live in the southtowns WNY really doesn’t get much snow. When we do get big storms as long as you don’t live on a City of Buffalo side street the plows and traffic keep it knocked back enough that you don’t get stuck.

DDing a Vette was in my plans but now that I’m skiing a lot and having to travel the 219 snowbelt I’m leaning toward something a little more snow capable when I get rid of the GTO.

whatever helps you sleep at night.

Your attitude sucks in every thread.

I think people get mad because he generally knows what he is talking about.

And that ends up offending brand loyal people

I am a big fan of the new Golf R. Have driven my friend Paul’s a # of times, it is a really terrific car…

What you don’t like watching the gas gauge move driving to the store . With 4.10 gears cruising the highway it screams. But its a blast to drive.

They’re really over priced right now also low 20’s for 2007-2008

The trannys are :tif:

I real like them and always wanted I just think at that price range you have much better options currently.

When gas prices went up high a few years ago you could find these cheap not anymore

Yeah your right. If I didn’t have a decent chunk on a trade in and work with Dave to get the price down under 20k I wouldn’t have bought it. I also got extended warranty but who knows if the trans will be covered when it goes. It’s stock so hopefully they will, if not ill buy a built one. But I also knew that coming in.

Its funny back in my early years I had to mod and make my cars faster. Now i’m in my 30’s and hate working on cars, this fits the bill for now. I’m very happy with the power it has.

This is a solid deal and the owner is a good dude.

He’s not going to buy a car with 105k on it, lol.
