My dad actually got a No Front Plate Parking ticket at the Outlet mall in the Falls. He came back to his car and found it on the windshield. I told him to put the plate on and go back to the NFPD, when he got there, they told them that the ticket was a parking ticket and not a “equipment Failure” ticket, so returning in 24hours with the “equipment” fixed did not do anything for him. So total scam by the cops there if you ask me.

You don’t actually try to argue with Niagara Falls police. You just blame their logic on the chemicals floating in the air.
