truthfully theyre sometimes paying me to sit on my ass for 5 hours instead of sending me to a job for possibly a few extras hours of time and a half.
Doesnt make much sense to pay me to not make them money instead of paying me to make them money and paying me a little OT.
We’ve been a little slower this month than previous months but alot of it has to do with contracts and scheduling since most of the work I do is prepaid except service calls.
