Sorry pooping and iPod. You really have 10 point and are complaining about another ticket. The average motorist does not work night shifts. So a court hearing in the evening works out better. I have to be in Amherst court at like 2 pm December 8th now that is a real stupid time. You could always skip and goto criminal court on a bench warrant for it.
It’s a grey area, courts LOVE grey areas… so why can’t us citizens use them too?
FWIW, springville has the most FUCKED court days. 10:30am on a monday morning.
My dad had court there once, $75 fine, on top of the $1000 he lost because he had to sit in their court for 4 hours.
What you should do, is just NOT go to court and pay the state the fine instead, that way the village won’t get ANY of the money.
