I love the Cobra and it kills me that I know of 3 highly modded ones up for sale right now and I can doing nothing about it, but there is something about the G35 that makes them so much more appealing.
I know what you mean. Now that I have been there and done that with the Cobra, I think I want to get into something much more refined and smooth driving. Given the Cobra actually rides pretty decent for what it is, but its no comparison to a G35.
And as I mentioned before, all this speed shit has burned me out, I do not really care about racing or any of that BS for now. I would love nothing more than to have a pimp ass daily like one of those posted in here, that I can enjoy driving, and that still is quick enough to have fun driving around town.
Yeah, sounds like my mind is made up eh. Now I just have to sell the Slobra come spring and then once I take care of my other priorities I can start looking to see whats out there as far as these cars go.
I am curious to see what the redesigned G35 will look like in a bunch of different colors though. From what I’ve seen so far, its current G35 looks > new ones. But we shall see.
My lady is going to be getting one in the spring…then I can steal it and we will cruise and be sweet :yay:

There’s a big redesign coming for the coupe in 2008, at that time I’m hoping to be in the position to but a hefty downpayment on one.
My future father in law’s always talking about what he wants next and making noise from time to time about selling his. If he does sell it that’d be ideal. It’s an '04 G35C 6MT. Pearl white, no spoiler, Brembo’s. Fucking showroom. He’s the president of American Brass aka ~50 years old and mature, and he’s also an engineer at heart aka he’s taken absolutely maticulous care of this thing. That’s not to say he drives it like a granny, just takes proper care of it and doesn’t beat on it. I believe it’s got less than 15k on it right now. I don’t remember it ever seeing rain. So basically you could have a brand new one at a used price if he ever sells.
But like I said, he’s always making noise about selling it and getting an M3 roadster or something so he’s probably not interested. I’m just thinking that I could hook you up with a good deal on a flawless car and hook him up with a quick sale if the timing worked out right.
Of course if I have my way he’d hang onto it for like 2 more years so that I can buy it off him once my finances straighten out. Maybe the first part of this post should be disregarded. :snky:

yeah sure, why not? although i’m sure any infiniti dealer would be more than welcome to let you take out a brand new one, they have some decent lease deals going on right now.
Selling the Cobra and picking up a G35 would be the sweetest shit ever. Not that the cobra isn’t badass, but the G is much classier and they sound/look like awesome porno sex.
