62 in a 50 … i was doing 55… nailed me with laser and he didnt make me sign my ticket. any possible loopholes?

Take it to court, suggest that the margin of error due to manufacturers tolerances on tires and instrumentation sincerely lead you to believe you were doing 55. Also suggest that the officer is surely an expert, you really can’t suggest he’s completely wrong(butter em up, show respect) and ask if there is an equitable agreement that can be reached. (Note that I"m NOT suggesting a bribe). Typically, if you go to the trouble of showing and aren’t an idiot, you can get it taken down to a fine with no points. They get their coin, but you don’t get screwed by insurance and DMV. IE, win/win. Both sides make out.
