Whew. I just bought some spindles off a guy in Ohio, and was getting worried, but today they arrived. Half the excitement i get from receiving parts, is knowing that i didnt get scammed.

Well he just sent me back 152usd and is going to send me 8usd tonight. i lost about 15cnd in paypal fees.
I am happy i go most of it back. I had to threaten this guy like crazy!

Ya he said that he ened up selling them to some one eles that payed just befor me and then he said his computer was not working properly so he could barlaly use it… BS he wasnt going to pay me back if i didnt threaten him with the paypal fraud thing.

if he fukks you u can file a chargeback with paypal. if paypal is a bitch you can go to your credit card company and get the money back.

hell, you can get your money back from Paypal AND your CC company even if you get the shit in good order. yay…

the worst is when its people intentionally scamming people like that fag LETMESEE in alberta. i was able to get a couple dudes money back from that though.
even called the police in the dudes hometown.

i can vouch for everything bing just said, i run a web and server hosting company and most of the payments made to be are via credit card and/or paypal.
people screw me quite often by buying something from me, after I deliver the SERVICE (key word to paypal and the cc companies) they file a complaint and the money gets taken from me, even though I’m doing nothing wrong - they can claim i didn’t deliver the service and I’ve got no way of prooving it outside of court. It sucks, but its a fantastic strategy for buying services online (hosting, porn, etc) and it works great wink
Why don’t you ship with UPS or DHL where they package is tracked and even the person picking up the product has to sign, then they can not say you did not send it to them.
