i got the sonoma started up today. i figured out what the problem was.
the ignition wire for the computer was hooked up to something that shut off during start up so it didnt send a signal to the coil to fire during start up
i was only pulling .2 volts during start up so i switched it over and varrrooooooomm but i got a few things that i still have to do first.
i have to hook the coolant lines up throttle cable, radiator put the fenders back on, get the clutch slave cylinder hooked up, and get the drive shaft shortend and find a intake elbow that will hook the throttle body up to the MAF

well its back to not starting i went out today to start it and it isnt fireing. dont know what the problem is now but its coming up error 16 low resolution pulse (ignition is not detecting the low resolution)
no clue and its back to only having .4 volts when the engine is cranking but the thing that its hooked up too puts out 11.0 + during cranking.
