I hate pricks like you who think they can just throw their garbage out the window. Cigarettes, wrappers, cups, bottles, it’s all the same, just cause you burned it up and breathed most of it in doesn’t mean that what’s left isn’t litter. I think the cop is an idiot for not giving you a ticket.
