He should be mean and he should have given a ticket for littering. I do not really like Pittsburgh or this area in general, but I do not want it looking like shit with litter all over the place. They make garbage cans for a reason, and your lazy ass doesn’t even have to empty them. Take some fucking pride where you live and keep it as nice as possible. The nicer the city is, the more people want to come here and the more people want to come here then more jobs come into the region and the more jobs we have means more demand for workers which means more money in your pocket.
