There was a day long ago that I was interested in such a thing.
Then I realized that one day, they get to be in their 30’s, have good paying jobs, are self-reliant, and can put an English sentence together.
A similar IM from my wife would go like:
bracketswife: there’s some sort of fluid leaking from under the Jeep
bracketswife: I just jacked it up, and found a front differential pinion seal leaking
bracketswife: would you mind bringing one home from the shop
bracketswife: I’ve already gotten the front driveshaft out
bracketswife: I’ll probably mow the lawn in the meantime
bracketswife: oh yeah, while we’re at it, let’s install a better exhaust
Ok, so you’re a reasonably smart guy from what little I know of you. That said, there’s going to be some point in the future where you’ll tire of:
newmanschickoftheweek: i just can’t take it!
newmanschickoftheweek: everything is getting blurry
newmanschickoftheweek: and my face is a strage shade of blue
newmanschickoftheweek: i’m sweating a lot
newmanschickoftheweek: I don’t know what to do
newmanschickoftheweek: oh…hehe…that’s better
newmanschickoftheweek: forgot to breathe again
newmanschickoftheweek: silly me
And figure out that finding someone with similar tastes, and similar mental capacity…someone that can verbally spar with you, and yet still be outstanding in the sack, is a MUCH better alternative.
RE: bracketracer… maybe at some point i’ll want to settle down, however, right now. My awesomeness cannot be concentrated on one particular person. I do what i want, when i want.
