Every morining for breakfast i have 6-8 pieces of bacon, 2 fried eggs, 2 pices of ham, 2 hashbrowns, and a serving of rancho potatoes(potatoes with bacon and onions).
I tried that california bacon cookie diet and now I just lift the corner of my car when I need to do an oil change.

You seem to already know what it is you want to do and are not too interested in the good advice a few people have given. I have two seperate training certifications and no matter how much i explain things to people about 50% of the time i am wasting my time and breath anyhow since they(as i feel here) are not really interested in making changes. The reasons on why i was asking so many questions etc etc was that there are far too many factors in the scenario to know what you need rather then just tell you the “prefect” pre workout meal. I honestly think that any trouble you are having at the gym has nothing to do with food to be honest. You are getting cramps from not being hydrated properly OR low oxygen levels slowing ATP blah blah(not explaining all of this) leaving you exhauseted from the exercise but not from lack of food. Our bodies are incredible at providing its own fuel and if you are not feeding it enough it will look eslewhere. SOOOOO
What i am saying is your pre workout meal is not what is hurting the end of your workouts.
IMO about 90% of the people that i ever try to help are not carrying enough lean mass to achieve the strength or look that they want so the need to lift lower reps and heavy to gain size and strength. This does not mean you need to become a ogre or sacrafice plyo and isometrics that will help you in your sport it just means that to get the end results you want i think you need to lift heavy more often.
I am not trying to be an asshole at all to you but from my end this process(which i go through often) just isnt really worth my time since most people only want one word miricle solutions anyhow instead of a proper fix.

What you have to do is stand on one foot in traffic and hop up and down while trying not to get run over. Great cardio and keeps you on edge. Anyhow I am going to eat dinner but before i go I will say that I was fat and not even too long ago i had two hernia operations and was a blubbery 200lbs and when i got in shape I GOT IN SHAPE. So i went and got certified only because i knew everything at that point. I do not train or ever plan on training people for money but i do like helping out when people are actually willing to do it.

Ok so i had a minute and wanted to clear my responses up so you don’t think i am just some guy trying to be a dickeahd on the internet. For the sake of explination i will use car scenarios as a reference. Your original question was like going to a garage and saying my car wont start i think i need a new headlight. There are many things that may be the cause but it is probably not the headlight ya know. Now granted i know some of my answers were like you “hey im thinking of a new air filter know a good one?” me “LS1 swap” haha but really i see a lot of guys that spend a ton of time in the gym and i know for a fact would see much better results if they just went over their routine and diet with someone. Also i am more into fitness training then bodybuilding or strength so i know i can help your stamina and strength out.

Word. I know the chem side of things, and the nutritional side of things pretty good also.
I don’t do elaborate weird training exercises as I believe in the basics, but I do also have a few tricks up my sleeve and am knowledgeable regarding a few different routines. If you asked me, I’d probably just tell you to: Sprint, Pushup/bench, Deadlift/Rack Dead, Squat, Snatch, Chinup/Pullup.
