Can’t really consider it as them asking for it since most of the over population and shitty infrastructure are a result of Haiti being a 3rd world country, which is something most of the people that died had no control over.

this is pretty crazy. insane amount of deaths, very tragic. Hopefully there will be a large global contribution and the disaster relief funds properly allocate aid
If you are donating (I hope most are), be careful and make sure you are donating to a legit organization (red cross, unicef, clinton foundation etc etc). The scammers were in full force and tricked tons of people. Just a heads up
why do people donate to disasters outside the country when there are thousands of people living in comparable conditions right here in the US on a daily basis?
