Will I hit full boost if I am at half throttle? WHy or Why not ?

And how would you hit “max speed”?
If the throttle is being held half way the car is only going to accelerate to a certain speed and hold, it doesn’t just keep increasing.
If you’re talking about turbo spooling, it depends on your setup. At less than half-throttle I can hit my “full boost” of 6 PSI. Depends on exhaust gas flow and turbo size etc etc…

A better question would include car/engine/turbo information.
An even better question would include exhaust/intercooler information.
Saying what psi full boost is MAY help… just a little.
It’s just like asking “Whats the top speed of my car?” without mentioning what car & mods you have.

With my car, I can hit full boost (10psi) at 1/2 throttle no problem.
