i called quest diagnostics and they told me they never got a test from me. i called the doctor office directly on the paper he told me if they sent it he would have it.

LAWYER TIME
It’s blatantly obvious that they fired you to avoid potential time off/medical bills/whatever. You do NOT want to have a dismissal for drug use on your professional record.

thats the main concern. i wouldnt bring this up if i was a cocaine user obviously.my main concern is i worked 9 months for this company and there just trying to avoid unemployment. there ruining my life i would happily quit if they asked. winters coming up i really dont wanna work in frigid temp.

section 6.1: refual to submit. bla bla bla basicly you are admiting guilt and are fired on the spot.
6.2. Positive test results:
a. temporary suspention with pay:Any employee who is required to submit to a reasonable suspicion-based drug or alchol test (including post-accident test) will be temporarily suspended with pay.
b Employees who test positive: Any employee who receives a verified positive drug tet or a confirmed alchol test of 0.04 BAC or greater, shall be terminated.
I have the whole new hire binder for you joe. I may make a call to HR to get the “more detailed procedure” crap they talk about.

i agree but i also can go work for my dad right now if i want. no big deal. i liked this job though the money was good. the management not so good. there shady and mis treating the workers and because i was opinionated and started covering my ass in every incident i had they did not like that.i will be looking for a lawyer monday
