Headlight condensation S14

Hey there I wanted to know if there is any way to stop this. My S14a’s headlights are clear and not yellowed but the passenger side one seems to get condensation on the inside. Is there a way to open the puppy up and remove any water then reseal it?

found this thread. hope it helps.

ok what are others thoughts on this idea? would is somehow effect the bulbs life span?

there is a simple fix. some people may tell you to reseal the headlight housing, but that’s a pain in the ass. instead get a drill with a small drill bit (use your own disretion on how small). pull the headlight housing(s) out and drill a small hole through the bottom of it (through the housing itself, not the clear housing cover). you may want to do this on each side. it’s up to you. a friend did this with his housings and it fixed it completely. hope this helps.

I wouldn’t do it, but that’s me.

Use a very small bit …
if it’s bothering you that much I would do it.
