Hey, Im trying to take out the part of the center console where the AC/Heat switch is and where the air vents are…Im trying to install my deck and without removing that part it wont really work…anyone know how to remove it?

their just some clips it should come out with a tug.
take off shift knob. take off the screws to the side of the center console. remove lower center console. then there will be screws that holds the radio bracket to the dash, remove those. you get to them by removing the cupholder…

If it’s anything like a GM vehicle just take it over a road with some bumps and it should fall on up outta there for ya

The hardest part on all of those installs is getting the screws out of the center console- the seats always ride right up against it and it’s a huge pain…
