This might open a can of worms but… KAT or SR?
Im in the midst of selling my current car and if sold I would have about 8,000 to play with.

Im not aiming for some crazy… maybe around the high 12’s or flat 13’s.
300whp would be nice.

So that being said and with a budget of 8G;s how would you build?
Im not too familiar with either and rather new to the nissan world.
Help fill in the blanks
Chassis of choice would be S13/14
but before power more importantly… suspension and brakes.

Suspension: tein basics $1000
Brakes:z32 $600
Rim/tire:fast 17/7.5
motor:ka mild internals and cometic head gasket i think theres one for sale for $700 on here if not then get some pistons and HG $600
turbo:sr t25 $150
injectors:sr 370 $80
Fuel pump:wallboro $120
motor work if KA:pistons,rings,head gasket and arp head studs
IC:bings kit $500
EMS:aem/safcII $280
exhaust:apexi n1 $450-550

remember try to keep it close or under 8Gs…

so about 7g`s in cluding chassis without engine oh and s13
