Typically, the new struts will only come with a new locknut for the top of the shaft that holds the mount on. Nissan/Infiniti tends to have a crappy dust boots that only lasts a few years. As far as the mounts, some can last forever…others only a few years so not sure on that. If you got the dough I say go for it.
