You can get the 4G Acura TL in 6spd with AWD. Bet its more than 30k though.
You can check out my SRT8 Jeep anytime you want. Has everything you described except isn’t that great on gas. I usually average about 15mpg overall. I don’t drive it in the winter, but like Sbardy said, a winter tire package will get you though just about anything. Let me know if you want to take a look…just PM me.

Here is a nice 11 sec. Jeep that is in great condition with only 37k miles. Keep in mind that these hold their value really well. Especially since the new 2012 Jeep that is coming out is over $60k and not quite as fast. Just posting this as an example of what is out there for you.
Keep in mind that this particular one has 8-10k worth of mods on it already including the supercharger.
