Alright so there was a bit of snow on my windshield but i didnt notice that it was pretty much “wet snow” and it was pretty heavy… so when the windshield wiper tried to work, there was too much ice i guess and it got stuck. The driver side wiper does not work anymore, i tried aligning it properly and so on but it won’t seem to work. And after tryin to fix it, it seems like my passenger wiper is hitting something and it seems to be jamming as well.
Can anyone help me out? Thanks
take off the cover to the wiper linkage and check them to see if they are still on, and if they are off, pop it back on, and if it dose it again, you will most likey meed to change the part that your wiper arm mounts to.
Yeah, you could have rounded off the the base of the wiper arm where it connects to the motor.
isn’t it just a bolt on the wiper arm that needs to be tightened?
hey the wipers are kinda working now but the problem seems to be he motor… it’s way too noisy and so on, i tihnk i probably fucked it up or something, i gues i’ll need a new motor, thanks guys
