You can change the camber where the coilovers bolt to the spindle, the 2 big bolts at the bottom of the coilover, loosen them and then you can adjust the camber.
alignment wont be till spring when i do get it…but i was just wondering a way to adjust the camber so its not resting on the coil
im thinking of getting 10mm spacers aswell just cause i want my wheels stick out a bit…but was wondering how to adjust camber…im gonna try it tomorow night
Camber will not fix this, think about how camber on our cars works. The entire coilover assembly is moved with a camber plate. Adjustment of camber at the mounting point Logik pointed out to you will work, but this is limited in adjustment.
That being said, you are likely rubing when you turn your wheels, a spacer will fix your problems. To see it rub, jack the car up and turn to full lock. The wheel turning in will rub against the spring on your suspension.
i had the exact same problem as you till today. i’ve got same, tein HR coilovers and the inside of my tires were rubbing. ended up blowing a tire. anyways… i went out and picked up some spacers today. solved the problem, only i think i wanna go thicker and extend the studs. anyways… good luck with your problem… i say go spacers worked for me and i’m low on funds as well.
