help with ka24de

need someone with a s13 chassis and ka24de knowledge around woodbridge/wonderland area. i have started installing my itb for a buddy of mine in his car. verything is hooked up but it still doesn’t start. maybe i am missing somethings but not sure. hae the factory service manual to but its not helping much.motor cranks but does not sart, using a itb with plenum,but no luck. its been 2 days and still nothing. also the ca is my buddies DD. need help its sitting on the street to. some $$ beer pizza will also be offered. got the injectors hook up,feul lines,sensors,coolant lines,maf .but no luck.what am i missing?water line?egr also has been removed,

also just wired up the safc(power, grounds, throttle, rpm) with the exception of the maf wire as i didnt want to cut it b4 i was sure the car would start.
also not sure how to hook up the gsxr itb tps to the ka24de tps. we dont know what the second throttle cable from behind the passnger strut tower is for. the dohc throttle cable is 2 long and has a lot of slack, pedal travel only opens the butterflies 20% near wot.

as for now just trying to connect the throttle cables to the ka throttle body on the plenum, and just keep the gsxr throttle wheel ziptied open. just need to get it to start somehow, so if anyone who has played around with the ka can help us identify whats missing it would be greatly appreciated. i think we may have missed something there was a few odds and ends left behind from the lower mani, which we arent 2 sure about.
