Can anyone tell me if any of the following wheels will fit on my s14??
Front - 18x8.5 (32mm Offset) 2.5" Lip
Rear - 18x9.5 (35mm Offset) 3" Lip
or
Front - 18x8.5 (20mm Offset) 1" Lip
Rear - 18x9.5 (25mm Offset) 2"Lip

you dont have a problem fitting either set
On a stock S14? Yes. Unless you mount giant tires on them they will fit just fine. You might get into front coilover clearance issues on the first setup. And if you lower the car to any major degree you’ll have some fender rubbing issues in the rear with both setups.

Now I guess the question is which set would sit more flush without spacers or anything?
Oh and my setup is as follows…
Tien S-Tech springs
Rubber - 245F 275R or 265R
The second set will sit almost flush.
