Regardless if the law is in place or not, im sure they can and WILL give you a ticket for it, or various unrelated tickets, if they wanted to… All they need is the ‘What are you gonna do about it’ attitude, and you’re fucked.

I like the green bean fries. And it was a State Trooper (Barracks E), not Victor PD.
State Troopers out here will literally pull you over for anything, and almost always ticket you. At least the Sheriffs around Fairport will pull you over and say “Oh, we’re looking for drunks but you’re obviously not- be safe”. The Staties will just plain make some shit up and ticket you for whatever they can.
