I am thinking about buying another house in a couple of years and I see this also. I will not buy in Allegheny county and want 5-10 acres of land. For the size of house I want, $250k is about the going rate. I can’t wait to see what it is in a few years.

Not sure which county your lookin in but in northern washington county it’s pretty damn hard to find a half decent house on 5-10 acres for under 300.
