a 99 accord is a wierd car to mod, especially build for high comp NA setup. Turbo the f23 and be done with it, u can build a kit out of mostly dsm parts for next to nothin. The kit is a little flashy, they make nice lip kits for the accord. I used to have a h22a 97 accord, and f22/f23 turbo mods would of def been the cheaper smarter way to go. Fu*K the high compression idea, thats dumb.
