Honda K24A2: tell me about them

I’m getting my BIL’s 06 TSX with a K24A2 motor and the 6-sp,
its got 115K on it - what do I need to do maintenance wise?
timing belt? chain? is it an interference engine?
I know nothing about these, besides what wiki told me below… please advise,

if this should be in the tech section, sorry-

All k series have timing chains. They’re pretty much bullet proof.

Just follow the honda scheduled maintnence

He’s done with Honda’s. Hptuners now.

I’m sure Andy would help out.

I’m sure if the vehicle is done right and not cut corners, I don’t think he would pass up a paying customer.
