how do I take headlight switch/ wand?

The wand on the left that controls the lights, how do I remove it properly? Thanks!

Hatchet.

Remove the screws on the column covers, undo the electrical and unscrew one side or pull the steering wheel off, undo the electrical and twist it off. I have an extra if you need it.
