LOL I work for the company that provides phone and internet service to the Sports Park. And thanks to Verizons absolutely horrid copper facilities, you might hear its not the greatest of service. I’ve talked to Missy about a dozen times in the past few months, I kinda feel bad whenever I see a trouble ticket come through for that place, there isnt much we can do to make things better since VZ apparently feels its ok to not maintain their damn network :banghead:

I work at a desk managing trouble tickets that come in for any client that has T1 service they are having troubles with, but mainly just layer 1 stuff, any Layer 2 or 3 gets handled by the Data group. Im trying to get more involved in Layer 2 though 
So whenever Sahlens Sports Park is without phone and internet service because the T1 facility has yet another set of bad pairs, I work the ticket and work with VZ on getting it fixed
