Just curious, since I’ve seen a lot of different ways to do it.
keep on the accel and kick the clutch in, and rapidly clutch out,
keep on the accel and kick the clutch in, move leg sideways to dead pedal,
off the accel, clutch in, on the accel, rapidly clutch out
off the accel, clutch in, on the accel, leg sideways to dead pedal
when i’m going to clutch kick, i time it so i can have my foot to the floor at my desired initiation point, then i smash the clutch pedal to the floor and instantly bring it back up. there’s no need to keep the clutch in long enough for you to smash limiter over and over. i also always have my foot on the clutch if i’m drifting. it’s silly to put your left foot anywhere else in case you need to get to the brake or clutch asap.
haha
clutch kick in a fwd for double rainbows to the wall
but as everyone is saying stomping clutch at initiation takes practice and is different from car to car based on many variables.(power, how fast you car revs, how much mass its got, your rear shock compression, rear spring stiffness, etc etc etc)
i really dont like doing it personally (cz im a chicken an scared of spinning out). i always flick and yank ebrake. and if you are not driving for points dont initiate and just give gas mid corner to exit sideways and have safe fun.
