I guess it’s pretty basic, with the exception of the 1050PSI LED (and associated relay).
Yes, WOT switch has to be in passenger compartment. (DBW)
Could use a TPS adapter, but i think i can safely mount the WOT switch under the dash.
damn you…
I just tried to use the wheel on my mouse to zoom out.
That contact in the heater/1050psi line… Is that your pressure switch?
Edit… n/m Sneaky.
looks legit
Oh, forgot to label FP safety switch.
Fixed.
Basically I don’t want a nitrous gauge in the cabin, so when the pressure transducer opens at 1050PSI it will release the coil on a NC relay and the light will go on.
Seems like everything is in order there.
I guess I need to put a voltage regulator or a resistor on those LEDs, huh?
nawz??? lol, your slowly moving to the dark side mr. Uhmm, id go with a smaller pulley personaly but if you must go with nitrous id use a tps switch.
No window switch?
I wasn’t planning on it at this time…
I figured your LED’s were of the Pepboys variety.
No other hardware needed.
If i get a smaller pulley my only option to tune is a 3000 dollar standalone.
I do not want to use megasquirt, nor do I really want to wire in another standalone in parallel with my factory ECU, at this point.
considering that youll really only be playing with this on the street… id suggest it. they’re not overly cumbersome or large in footprint…
Hmm, I suppose it couldn’t hurt…
Can I buy a digital window switch locally?
oh, and i cannot see the schematic (photobucket) so i couldn’t tell you where to put it.
it cant hurt, its cheap insurance.
what are the generally accepted limits for that motor stock? …as if a bunch of people actually :tspry: them,
Looks pretty good. I’d make sure that the pressure switch has some dead band so that you don’t have the heater cycling on and off too quickly when it reaches 1050 psi.
What is that switch downstream of your spray relay coil?
Edit: I see it’s labeled fuel pressure now. The way it’s drawn shows it N/C. Don’t you want it N.O. and closing on rising pressure?
Edit 2: The fuel pressure switch is deactivating the fuel solenoid? :tif: Without knowing what your setpoints are and normal operating pressures, make sure you aren’t setting yourself up for a relay race type of deal.
