I would still look at
a.) restraining order
b.) bear spray (not pepper spray), drunks can not fight through that, and you met him at a bar
c.) ask one of the IDT kids if you can raid their supply kits, we had some great self-defence toys in there, like the big stainless T-squares - carry it on your school pack, makes for a nice deterrent. The edges are pretty sharp and it’s legal to carry.

My mom’s cop friend said there were just two girls back in Buffalo in a similar situation as myself…one had a restraining order, one didn’t…both are dead.
So I figure I’m screwed either way if he keeps this up. HOPEFULLY it’ll just pass over. I’m just affraid if I file anything against him, that’ll just add fuel to the fire, ya know? Everything I’ve read on pressing charges, harassment orders, protection orders…all said that when you do file one it’s the most dangerous time…
