intake is a bit of a bitch but every car is a bitch the first time you do it!
3.8 intakes are easy, exhaust manifolds can be a pain with rusty bolts, front manifold is easy, rear one can be a pain, take the front motor mounts to header panel off, and get a pull down and tilt the motor forward. that will make it easier to get the rear manifold.

I’ve also found it helpful to have the engine semi-warm when breaking old bolts loose.

yeah so u can burn urself on the engine…just use pb blaster the day before and and up till you want the bolts off
i dont’ believe he said anywhere the engine was running? heat cycle them before you break them loose, get engine up to operating temp then shut it off…when it’s cool enough to handle and not get burned loosen them

breaking bolts off in head = not good
x2 on the PB Blaster. And give them a tap with a wrench.
and spin around twice while snapping your fingers.
