just give up
I hope you have a good dental plan because the owners of these cars are going to punch you in the mouth after they see your “work”
Really have you talked to the people who’s car I fixed? I thought when the car moves again its fixed but maybe I’m wrong.
ughhh consider being a makeup artist? Arnt you “that guy”
I charge beer. I usually require to be fed as well. If they have boobs and want to show me them I would consider that a tip.
omg rofl
Prior experience meaning a job, its like all the craigslist posts for “landscaping”, I have yet to see one without prior work experience required, so how would you get the position if you need prior work experience.
Ya and ya know what I also ruined my nail polish last night installing a trans. But then again that would have required me to actually have installed the trans in the 2002 white dodge neon in the first place. And we all know that didn’t happen.
working on cars and digging holes in the ground are very different things
why do you think illegals landscape it takes no fucking intellegence
awe jim ^
So if your talking about side work is it safe to assume that you are an actual mechanic? Ase/ factory and/or nysi certified? These types of things make a big difference.
I have worked on a few cars for friends / co-workers.
Always nice about it and don’t ask for $$.
Often this results in me getting nothing.
WAT?
fuck no, he works on neons at his house or w,e i work on cars for a living at a shop and fyi, f/u
Uh schooling? being the shit head at a shop? yeah you have to go through all of that before you actually get experience, once you start showing them and learning from them then you advance and gain the experience? but this only comming from a toyota tech. . so who knows i could be wrong. seems like no matter how hard they argue, youl never change the view.
also good points
No I work on cars, plural form, I own a neon that I work on also.
Not saying I know everything about cars, but general repair wise. Also when applying for easy stuff like lube tech, schooling shouldn’t matter as long as you have experience doing it whether it be at home or in school or at another job. Those type of jobs can get you into a higher up position but its easy to loose it to someone else who has prior experience or certifications.
lol…
ok…so a shop would hire you because on your resume it says you have prior exp.
than they would fire you when they find you spraypainting rotors for clients.
ive seen my brother get back surguery 12 times. does that count for prior exp?
