in regards to the court thing I wouldn’t know where to start.
I would google the crap out of small claims in PA, etc. Even if you can only get part of the money back, you are still looking at a couple grand. You might want to act quickly as there may be a statute of limitations.
I don’t know the law, but I would be damned if I didn’t try to get at least some of the money back…

I’m an attorney, just not in the Pittsburgh area right now and that area of law is not really my thing. As I mentioned, I do still know a number of local guys that could probably help you out or point you in the right direction.
If you have receipts (as I believe you mentioned) it would make for a stronger case of showing what you paid for versus what you actually recieved. the process of going through a magistrate is pretty easy from what I recall to try to get some money back. Now an attorney could really have some fun as receipts tend to prove income, which must be accounted for, and the IRS and State does not look fondly upon those who do not account for their income (especially businesses). :eek3:
