ugh I fuckin hate this service. We have it set up cause our non technical IT executive manager wanted to monitor it himself and have him be the only one with access. only every time it gets set up for him a couple days later he comes back to us to fix it. He keeps fuckin the settings in it. So it ends up getting piss poor results. Then complains that its not working. IT WOULD WORK JUST FINE IF HE DIDNT RUN IT HIMSELF. he is such a ludite its not even funny but he is in charge of our tech department.
