There’s an abandoned house in Buffalo I’m interested in. I found the owner on Facebook but it looks like he doesn’t use it much. He’s in Arizona now, I know what city, and I wasn’t having any luck online finding his phone number or address.

maybe message a friend of them on Facebook if it shows them? Explain and leave your number to forward to the owner.
I was told once by one of my real nosy neighbors that if you call 311 and report them enough times for issues like tall lawns & other signs of abandonment you’ll get a response.
the city already left a notice of abandonment, taking steps to seize the property. I want to get to it before the city does.

Maybe send him a letter to the address and see if it gets forwarded? Or reach out to the county to find out the address where his tax bills are sent, not sure if they’ll share that info but I know I’ve gotten junk mail based on it
What about expressing interest in buying the property to the councilmen or whoever represents the area and maybe getting their assistance?
A law firm paid his taxes last, I reached out to then and am awaiting a response
