Anyone use HSBC’s bill pay?
My wife used it to pay most of the bills so that she does
not have to go through a bunch of different sites to pay the bills.
Turns out that HSBC MAILS out some of the payments and does not have away of telling me what accounts they are.
Any idea where I might find such information?
Calling HSBC was useless.
ok payments go out either as an electronic payment or a corp check which is a certified check.
You can see which ones were mailed out as corp checks by clicking on payments > payment search
Leave everything blank except the payment type, change that to historical and click search. It’ll tell you how all of the payments went out.
Make sure your setting the payments to be sent out atleast 5 business days in advance so if they do get mailed they can get there on time.

Looks like is has only screwed her once so far.
They just outsourced the mailed checks to JP Morgan Chase. They take a lot longer now.
