Don’t forget American and Canadian laws are different. There are laws that protect the consumer AS WELL as the vendor.
Rich is also right on this one. The vendor, especially a huge franchise such as BestBuy, has specific laws, fine print, insurance, and MANY other things to protect themselves from this sort of situation.
Even the most furious customers still wouldn’t get it at that price but possibly a lowered price slightly above cost, and on T.V’s, isn’t much of a discount (depending on brand).
They showed this on CP24 yesterday. Bestbuy won’t honour the purchases. boo.
