The validation is because through a dogma, the pope is to be infallible in the Catholic Church.

While I don’t believe in either, the former should carry a hell of a lot more weight than the latter.

If you don’t believe either, why value one over the other? Odd…

he doesn’t care about either, but a religious person should care more about the former

*2 it’s primarily a catholic only thing, not even other denominations for the most part, so outta respect is cool… plus LJS is the shit :naughty:

Moses: Uh, yeah guys… im gonna go way up on this hill and talk to god

Others: Dude, can we come too?

Moses: Uh… yeah… about that… well God said that he only wanted to talk to me.

Others: well can we at least see when he hands down his divine rules?

Moses: yeeeahh… uh… well he kinda said that he doesnt want anyone else to be around when it happens.

Others: uhhh, ok…

Moses:
Ok, heres all 20 commandments… slip… OH SNAP!

Others:
:eek3:

Moses:
Yeahhh… uhh, so um God said those last 10 werent really that important… so we’re just gonna go ahead and stick with these 10.

Jesus died on the cross so that everyone can have a personal relationship with God. To believe that God has a relationship with only the pope is completly against the new testament’s teachings.

pretty much everything about modern religion is contradictory with the teachings of the bible. not that everything in the bible isnt contradictory with itself, and pretty much everything else.

I never said God has a relationship with only the pope.
