Awesome & personable guy. Very knowledgable. Spent ~3.5 hours with us on our 1600 sqft house. IIRC, it was ~$275.
They also do mold & lead testing as well as remediation.
We came out of our inspection with alot of detailed info about our house… He went through a 60pg checklist (1" 3 ring binder), pointed out problems, recommended maintenance, and “FYI, in the short term future” items as well.
