As title says, who would you hire?
That’s who did ours and I thought they did a good job.
That was 8 years ago though.
Just had one done today. Home Pro (homeprowny.com) did it for me and caught a bunch of issues. I think they have 3 guys working for them, I had Bill Pappas do mine and I am pretty happy about what he caught and his expertise in explaining problems to me. Their number is 691-1974.

Had inspection report the very next day.
