1800 is not really on the huge side of things… I would think “large house” prices would start around 2200-2500 as those tend to start having more rooms and more surface area on the roof and basement to cover.
We’re also looking at houses now and are in need for a home inspector, and we’re looking around that size as well so if you find someone you liked shoot me a PM. We plan on signing a contract on at least one home within the next week pending inspection.
