Only against the place burning down. Everyone’s stuff needs to be covered under their own renters insurance.
you might want some liability if people are going to be working on there cars in the building. play it safe dude. these days everyones looking for a lawsuit. no offense to cossey thats a different story.
I would think liability insurance would be needed in order for you to rent space out, but I aint no lawyer.

Actually I talked to the agent and I’m good with what I have now. Since I’m subletting there isn’t too much that comes down on me.
As this ball gets rolling I will go back and check a few more boxes to make it more and more legit. Its not setup as an actual business right now but I can make by with how it is.
