I strongly dislike drunk drivers

Wasn’t me.

i have always wondered how much air you could get if you just went wot from french/borden to the clinton and borden intersection going over the bridge. or vis versa

Holy crap! I thought my mom was the only one who still had a phone like that! Can you actually talk to people on that?

Get this guy off the roads, especially with priors. Good for you somedude.

I love this, I can’t tell you how often I’ll see parents bail their kids out with bullshit.

Somedude, nice work!

he refused to blow so he will probably get released with just a revoked licence and a slap on his wrist

He should have had a 9 year old drive him home:

You obviously don’t know anything about DUI laws or processes in NYS…

His license will be suspended until they have a trial at the DMV, then it will likely be further suspended or revoked. Then he will go to half a dozen court cases and get convicted of DUI or ADUI via probable cause.

Awesome username.

A trial at the DMV eh?

I would hate to be in THAT line.

I really really fucking hate drunk drivers. This stupid selfish fucking drunk white trash coward took the life of my 18 year old cousin in west seneca two weeks ago because she felt the need to get hammered and drive home from a south buffalo bar and left him on the side of the road to die

I just read the article, I’m so so sorry man. I went to Fredonia myself but never managed to get above 3.6, ha!

Seriously though, scum, pure scum. RIP and my condolences to yourself and your family.

Thanks man he was such a bright amazing young kid with such a future ahead of him. shit sucks but cant go back in time

Sorry to hear bud.

thanks guys. Im just trying to instill what he believed in, he would never drink and drive and hated it. That is why he was walking home from his girlfriends in the first place. They were at a party n he didnt drive because he had a few so he decided to walk home 3 miles rather than drive, and then he gets up getting killed by a drunk driver

Why is it usually the innocent promising young people that are victims to this bullshit and hardly ever the drunk driver? RIP.

A bartender once opened my eyes to the possibility that the 2am/4am cut off might put more drunk drivers on the road, rather than reduce them. There are no excuses for driving drunk but when that closing time hits, all the irresponsible people that didnt cut themselves off when they should have, are suddenly pushed out onto the street. Leaving them to either get a hotel room or get behind the wheel. A bar thats open 24/7 would give someone the chance to pass out in the corner and sober up at least a little bit.

Geee… you mean some sort of government regulation put in place by do-gooders backfired and had the opposite effect as intended? SAY IT ISNT SO!

I went to high school with Ryan, I was a class ahead of him. I didn’t know him very well, but he was a good kid. I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m glad they found the person who did it. I think that anyone who drives drunk is a peice of shit, and I would say that to anyone’s face. There is NO reason for it and it is inexcusable.

Thanks man, appreciate it. Its been tough losing him soo young and dying the way he did because he was such a healthy athletic kid. If he was sick it would be a little easier to cope with. the fact that some selfish drunk coward waste of life hit and killed him is another story tho im still in shock.

Just think about things like this happening to someone you love when your hammered and try and get behind the wheel of a car, I dont know how that bitch will live with herself the rest of her life killing some amazing young kid and leaving the scene. I just hope everyone that reads or heard about this happening to ryan, takes it as a lesson of the dangers of drunk driving. That and the lesson that life could all be over in the blink of an eye and to cherish and live every day like it could be your last.
